Virology - KNAW Beijerinck Virology Prize 2014 (€ 35,000)

The Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) invites nominations for its Beijerinck Virology Prize. Deadline of submission is September 15, 2014. The Beijerinck Virology Prize is awarded every two years in the field of virology. The prize was established in 1965 and consists of medal engraved with the image of M.W. Beijerinck and a monetary award of € 35,000.

The Beijerinck Virology Prize is awarded to an international scientist who has made a distinguished contribution to the field of virology, including the biochemical and biophysical aspects.
