Foreign conferences - Van Walree Fund 2013 (€ 700)

The Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) asks for applications for the Van Walree Fund. The upcoming deadline to submit an application is December 1, 2013. The Van Walree Fund promotes medical research. It does this by funding medical students who wish to attend foreign conferences, presenting a biennial prize, and supporting an endowed chair at a faculty of medicine. Medical students enrolled at one of the Dutch medical faculties may apply. The maximum grant per conference is € 700. Every year an amount of € 37,000 is available for this purpose.

The Van Walree Fund was established in 1987 with capital from the estate of Ms E.M. Van Walree.
