Investment Subsidy NWO Medium 2017/2018 - Social Sciences and ZonMw

The NWO division of Social Sciences (MaGW) and ZonMw invite applications for the Investment Subsidy NWO Medium (Investeringen Middelgroot). The round of ZonMw opens June 5. MaGW requires an Expression of Intent, to be submitted June 27, 2017. Deadline of full submissions is September 5, 2017. Aim of the programme is to stimulate investments in innovative scientific equipment or data collections of national or international importance. Applications should range from € 110,000 to € 500,000.

Universities, NWO institutes, scientific libraries and information-providing academic institutions may apply. The institution must contribute at least 25% of the costs of the total investment. The budget available from MaGW is € 500,000, ZonMw contributes € 2,5 million.

Investment Grant NWO Medium is meant for the purchase of equipment and for the setting up, linking and enriching of data collections.
