Birth defects - March of Dimes Prize in Developmental Biology 2016 ($ 250,000)

Nominations are solicited for the 21st annual March of Dimes Prize in Developmental Biology, to be awarded in 2016. Nominees should be submitted on or before October 30, 2015. This $ 250,000 Prize is given to scientists whose research has profoundly advanced the science that underlies our understanding of birth defects.

The March of Dimes aims to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. The foundation carries out this mission through programs of research, community services, education and advocacy to save babies.
